What Is Falcon Finance (FF)?

Falcon Finance (FF) is a DeFi protocol available on Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain that lets users earn yield on their crypto assets without selling them. The system works by locking major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum, or tokenized real-world assets such as bonds, into smart contracts as collateral.

In return, users mint USDf, a synthetic stablecoin pegged to the U.S. dollar. By depositing USDf into yield vaults, they receive sUSDf, which captures returns generated through strategies like arbitrage and liquidity provisioning.

How do USDf and sUSDf connect?

USDf represents the collateral locked in the protocol. Holders can trade it or stake it to earn passive income. When staked, they obtain sUSDf, which automatically accumulates yield from the protocol’s operations. To retrieve the original collateral, users simply burn their USDf.

What role does the FF token play?

FF is the governance and utility token of Falcon Finance. Token holders vote on protocol upgrades, fee structures, and accepted collateral types. Voting requires staking FF, which also entitles stakers to a share of the protocol’s transaction revenue and additional FF rewards. FF operates as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum and as a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain, with a capped supply of 10 billion tokens. The project was founded by Andrei Grachev, previously a co-founder of DWF Labs, bringing deep market-making experience to the protocol.
