About SuperRare
RARE is the governance token of SuperRare, a curated platform focused on one-of-one digital artworks. Artists mint their pieces as NFTs on Ethereum, and collectors can buy them directly. Unlike open marketplaces, SuperRare selects each artist, so every work is a single edition. Token holders vote on protocol changes and can stake RARE to open independent gallery spaces, sharing in platform fees. This design brings the traditional gallery model into a community-run, on-chain art economy.
